The Republicans set the standard back when the impeachment hearings were held for Clinton because he lied about sex. Now, the Bush Crime Family stands accused of crimes against humanity... crimes against fucking humanity!

The federal wiretap story opens up the bag of "crimes against the constitution". The law of the land. The very thing each president places their hand on the bible and swears to protect.

Bush has done far worse than lying about sex, the bad news keeps pouring out month-after-month... when are the republicans and the American people going to finally say "we've had enough"?

Most liberals knew Bush was bad news in 2000 when the supreme court appointed the guy. To all republicans finally seeing the light, welcome to reality, we're glad to have you with us. Now lets impeach the fucker.

US Government murders and abuses Citizens!.

This week has been a whirlwind of civil liberties abuses and lots of fighting in congress over the Patriot Act!

Let's start off with the horrible story about the innocent man who was murdered by US marshals here in Miami's International Airport. On LewRockwell.com they have the details of this disgusting story filled with the government's abuse on our civil liberties, privacy, and worst of all... our own lives! Check out these sick quotes:

The government's most shameless lie concerns what happened next. It alleges that Rigo Alpizar was shouting "I have a bomb!" as he fled. ... Indeed, no passenger even remembers Alpizar'’s uttering the "B-word," though everyone agrees the air marshals and the FBI have. Copiously. CNN reported that "Dave Adams, a spokesman for the Federal Air Marshal Service, said Alpizar had run up and down the plane's aisle yelling, 'I have a bomb in my bag.'"

... That contrasts with a passenger who "recalled Alpizar saying, 'I've got to get off, I've got to get off.'" ...

Also chasing poor Rigo were the marshals. Intriguingly, they were the only witnesses to Alpizar'’s distress who concluded he posed a threat; no one else described Rigo as dangerous... But he didn'’t fool our crack team of Robocops. They followed him onto the jetway and shot him because, they claimed, he had hollered about a bomb and was reaching into his backpack to detonate it. No explosives were found on Rigo'’s body or in his baggage.

Further proof that the TSA exists to dominate, intimidate and control passengers comes from the abuse of Flight 924's surviving ones. As always when the government alleges a threat, everyone in the vicinity is considered NOT a victim of said threat but an agent of it. That sent a variety of brutes, from SWAT teams to local police, swarming aboard the plane.

Another passenger told Time Magazine, "I was on the phone with my brother. Somebody came down the aisle and put a shotgun to the back of my head and said put your hands on the seat in front of you. I got my cell phone karate chopped out of my hand. Then I realized it was an official... They were pointing the guns directly at us instead of pointing them to the ground. One little girl was crying. There was a lady crying all the way to the hotel."

Thankfully, Senator Russ Feingold and a few Democrats and (*gasp*) Republicans have joined forces to filibuster and defeat the renewal of the Patriot Act. This is the same law that allows such abuses of government power that took place aboard that airplane to go unchecked. Sign the petition, help Senator Feingold oppose the Patriot Act, contact your local news media, get pissed and make noise!

Voting Machines SUCK donkey balls!

Test of Diebold machines in Florida prove they are a piece of shit!

Here's the scoop from the Miami Herald!

Thompson told The Herald he was ''shocked'' at how easy it was to get in, make the loser the winner and leave without a trace. The machine asked for a user name and password, but didn't require it, he said. That meant it had not just a ''front door, but a back door as big as a garage,'' Thompson said.

From there, Thompson said, he typed five lines of computer code -- and switched 5,000 votes from one candidate to another.

''I am positive an eighth grader could do this,'' Thompson said.

Over the past few months, computer expert Harri Hursti tried to manipulate election results with the memory card inserted into each Diebold voting machine. The card records votes during an election, then at the end of the day is taken to a central location where results are totaled.

Hursti figured out how to hack into the memory card by using an agricultural scanning device easily available on the Internet, said BlackBox founder Bev Harris. He learned how to hide votes, make losers out of winners and leave no trace, she said.

With some variation, both Miami-Dade and Broward use these cartridge-like cards to record votes and report election results. Experts like Thompson say they believe the counties could be subject to electronic ballot-rigging -- which would be hard to detect and correct without a paper trail.

But Sancho said the time for passive monitoring is over. The Diebold problems show that simple tests haven't been done on at least one major voting system, he said.

''These were sold as safe systems. They passed tests as safe systems,'' Sancho said. ``But even in the so-called safe system, if you don't follow the paper ballots, there is a way to rig the election. Except it's not a bunch of guys stuffing ballots in a precinct. It's possibly one person acting in secret changing thousands of votes in a second.''

Again... BUSH STOLE THE ELECTION! How much more proof do you need? Google "Diebold" and you'll see mountains of evidence from Ohio to Florida. Fuck em and impeach em!

Bush on the Constitution: 'It's just a goddamned piece of paper'

Bush said what?

GOP leaders told Bush that his hardcore push to renew the more onerous provisions of the act could further alienate conservatives still mad at the President from his botched attempt to nominate White House Counsel Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court.

"“I don'’t give a goddamn,"” Bush retorted. "“I'’m the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way."”

"“Mr. President,"” one aide in the meeting said. "“There is a valid case that the provisions in this law (The Patriot Act) undermine the Constitution."”

"“Stop throwing the Constitution in my face,"” Bush screamed back. "It'’s just a goddamned piece of paper!"”

I've talked to three people present for the meeting that day and they all confirm that the President of the United States called the Constitution "“a goddamned piece of paper."”

WTF? Didn't Bush place his right hand on the Holy Bible and promise to uphold and protect the U.S. Constitution? The fucking law of the fucking land?

If infact this happens to be true (its based on 'he said Bush said') then this alone should serve as grounds for impeachment.

It's not only that he called it a "goddammed piece of paper" but it's also that his actions in the last 5 years back up this disrespectful attitute. From shitting on US voters and getting appointed by the Supreme Court in 2000, to stealing another election with crappy voting machines in Ohio in 2004, to signing the Patriot Act, to using the Republican congress to force them to give up their constitutional powers to wage war over to the executive branch, to lying to the American people in the State of the Union address in 2003, to allowing CIA agents to have their identity revealed as a personal vendetta, etc. etc. Bush shows absolutely NO RESPECT FOR THE CONSTITUTION let alone any laws!

R.I.P. Tookie Williams

It seems like Republicans favor revenge over forgiveness. The Republican governor of California could have easily kept Tookie Williams alive and in jail for life to continue his crusade against gang violence. But then again, radical Republicans that favor the death penalty are the "fake Christians" that skip over Jesus' teachings of forgiveness and love.

Thank God Mumia might get a second chance on the other hand.

GNN.tv has got to be one of the best websites to keep bookmarked on your browser (hopefully you now use Firefox). Today they give us a lil' refresher on the history of the US and Iraq's war-torn relationship: specifically Donald Rumsfeld's infamous hand shake with Saddam Hussein. Check out this quote:

Diebold insider snitches! More proof of stolen Bush election

This IS the most important story coming out this week, forget everything else. These rat-bastard, crooked-ass, corrupt, sons of bitches and whores that make up the Bush Crime Family are again being exposed for benefiting from election fraud!
Diebold, the Republican-ass-kissing corporation that provided that fucked up election machines for the stolen elections of 2004 and Ohio 2005 (among others) was recently exposed by a company insider. Check out these quotes from the exclusive Raw Story article:

Kinda crazy aint it? Most of the blog posts these past few days have all been about the Iraq war. Now that Bush is trying to change the subject by talking about Immigration issues (there's a time and a place for that when we are NOT at war) and Republicans were trying waste congress' time with probes into the NFL's issues, we stay on point with the real priorities.

That's how bloggers and indy media folks are. We don't get distracted by the corporate media and the government's attempts to hide from the truth. Fuck em anyways!

Meanwhile the Democrats are still going at it and demanding some changes. Look, we have to give the G-Unit General, 50 Cent, credit for being brutally honest about his ambitions: to Get Rich or Die Tryin'! Unlike the liars in the Bush Crime Family and the Republicans who hide behind fake-ass patriotism, a perverted version of Christianity, and illusions of having morality. Bush is a moral man like 50 cent is a "conscious rapper".

This jerk named David H. Brooks, CEO of bulletproof vest maker DHB Industries, sold crappy-ass body armor vests to the US Army and pocketed millions! 50 Cent just happened to be the recipient of some of this stolen tax money, justified by the death of Americans and Iraqis.
